ATASCADERO WHOLE HOME REMODEL
Hilltop Oasis
With a Spanish Style Influence From The Client’s Past

What These CLIENTs HAD TO SAY
This Home Had Great Bones To Build On
These clients combined their desires for their dream home with the familiarity of the Spanish Style of his childhood home to create this hilltop oasis. The bones on this home were good and all we did was come in and optimize the layout while adding certain design elements to change the style.
When we first walked into this home, it was, well, very blase. Box store cabinets, counters, flooring, and doors just sat in the space and did nothing for the home. In the kitchen, a low-hanging soffit made the space seem small and dark. In the master bedroom, over the bed, was what we fondly referred to as the UFO, some sort of custom HVAC housing. The master bathroom was clunky and dated.
But, after we finished the home, the client’s personal style shone brightly. Custom stained Simonton doors gave the entry a grand feel. Walking into the family room, you will notice the handmade floating shelves match the fireplace mantle. Our local cabinet shop used the same wood and stain for the butcher block tops, shelves, and range hood, which tied the whole house together.
Dream Home Accomplished!
In the photos above, you can see the client’s flooring selection of Weathered Leather 5 3/4″, Genuine French Oak Collection. This gorgeous flooring is made by Virginia Hardwood. We are very grateful to Jeff and the entire team at Paso Robles Flooring, Co. for supplying and installing this flooring.
The master bathroom remodel features a blue walk-in shower with black faucets, black window pane shower glass, and custom-made vanity.
