From Cluttered Garage To Cozy Studio Apartment
This client has a home in San Luis Obispo that is an active college rental for Cal Poly students. In an effort to maximize his passive income, he decided to turn the garage into a Studio Apartment.
Maximizing Their Investment With A New ADU
This unit boasts a loft bedroom, a full albeit small kitchen and a ¾ bath. This particular client opted to let us make all of the finish selection choices which expedited his process and saved him some money. Giving us the freedom to do what we do best meant that we were able to take advantage of product sales all while making sure his tenets have fixtures that are durable. This unit was rented out before we even finished construction and he is looking forward to having us maximize several other income properties in town.
What This Client Had To Say
“Among several remodeling projects that I’ve undertaken, the experience I had with Gannage Design & Construction on my garage ADU conversion has been the best, hands down. Mikhail Gannage is a consummate professional. He’s very good at making recommendations and finding solutions based on what’s important for the customer; he communicates often and clearly; he’s very experienced and knowledgeable about building codes and savvy with inspectors and other permitting authorities. He sets a very high standard, and it’s reflected throughout his organization and with his contractors as well. Gannage may not be the least expensive alternative, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for, and I was very happy with the value I received in working with Gannage Design & Construction.”
