These clients remodeled their home in Los Osos in preparation for Aging In Place. In addition to renovating the entire home, we also widened openings to accommodate a walker or wheelchair access, added a zero clearance shower and added blocking in the bathrooms for future grab bars, as well as installed a tube elevator to their loft.

In preparation for visits from the grandkids, these clients opted for Luxury Plank Vinyl throughout the home, which is completely waterproof and slip-resistant. We also extended their living and entertaining space to include a covered patio and pergola. The pergola serves a double purpose as that exterior wall had previously been exposed to long hours of the hot baking sun.

This beloved Morro Bay home was inherited, and it was time to make it their own. In dire need of an update, layout change, and a little more space, we decided to strip this home down to the studs and start anew. When we were finished, we delivered our client a brand new home, exactly to their liking.
